    Here are the kinds of Audit services we can assume

    Because of a wide experience acquired during near than 20 years within varied firms,
    - Either by the sectors of their activity: public utility, metallurgy, animals, estate agency, plastics, services, etc.
    - By their size: from 10 to 600 employees,
    - Or by their geographical implantation: various region of France and Italy, Spain, etc.

    The Audit manager, Raphaël PETOZZI is able, alone or leading a team, to drive the missions you will charge us such as:

    • Organization,
    • Finance,
      • Usual financial analysis: Sales Margin for each activity, cash in and outflows for each operating, investing and financing flow in relation with each activity, Gross Profit stated for each activity, selling, general and administrative expenses by branch of activity, aged trial balance analysis, working capital, return on stockholders’ equity, and other ratio for a specific analysis of the profitability, etc.

      • Analysis of the above items: internal analysis and comparison with those supplied by other operators in this particular segment, research of the trends inherent to this specific firm and those inherent to the class of products or services, return on investments done, research of particularisms such as seasonality, etc.

      • Setting up tools: creation or development of managerial panel (Sales, customers’ credit, suppliers’ credit, costs of inventories involved by the activity, commercial margin, treasury, available credit lines, etc.), setting up clear specific goals as well as recommendations on how to attain these goals, then implement it, etc.

    • Strategy,
