    Here are the kinds of services we can assume as to help you to manage a firm

    Due to a wide experience acquired during near than 20 years within varied firms,
    - Either by the sectors of their activity: public utility, metallurgy, animals, estate agency, plastics, services, etc.
    - By their size: from 10 to 600 employees,
    - Or by their geographical implantation: various region of France and Italy, Spain, etc.

    The chief of the Management Department, Raphaël PETOZZI can, alone or leading a team, drive the missions you will charge us such as:

    • Seasonality analysis,
    • Research of trend,
    • Uncertain Probabilization,
      • Using data from tendency curves (see Research of trend): Use of mathematical scheme to draw curves representing the trend observed, then extrapolation of these data to plant forecasting items.

      • Validation of the results we got: comparison with values we got about available production capacities, free financial resources, foreseeable reactions of the other economical players, of the market, of substitutive products able to change all hypotheses, etc.

      • Choose appropriate rates for each of these factors: affectation of a discriminative rate for each factor focused, in order to show whether it will modify the calculated drafts, get probabilities for these events and have an eye on the modifications generated by these changes of parameters. Search for limits (cap and floor) to this uncertainty. Build up a control panel and tools to capture events showing that these unexpected facts are just to succeed.
